Participation
To take part in any of the activities organised by the Bureau des Guides des Baronnies, you need to be in good health (in special cases, please contact us), have the right equipment for the chosen activity and follow the safety instructions given by the professional responsible for your activity.
All participants must have third-party liability, first-aid, medical and repatriation insurance.
Management
Our leaders, instructors and guides are all qualified professionals in their field.
Security
The feasibility of any programme is subject to the assessment of our professionals according to the weather conditions, the terrain and the ability of the participants. The guides are in constant contact with the booking office and the emergency services, as well as with various officials (emergency services, gendarmerie, town hall, etc.).
Weather conditions
Variable weather conditions are in no way a cause for cancellation or postponement on your part, as long as the activity is maintained by the Bureau des Guides des Baronnies. No refund will be made if the professional responsible for the activity does not cancel or postpone the session.
Insurance
Our services do not include individual insurance covering our activities.
All participants must have third-party liability, first-aid, medical and repatriation insurance.
On the activities pages of our website, we provide a link to an insurance company that you can take out to cover you for the activities you have chosen.
The Bureau des Guides des Baronnies is insured by the insurance company ALLIANZ under a contract guaranteeing the liability of the vendor linked to the organisation and sale of these various sporting disciplines; policy no. 644 849 53.
Booking, Registration and Payment
We strongly recommend that you book your activities in advance. Bookings must be made with our sales office before your stay, subject to availability and approval by us.
Cancellation
A paid activity can only be reimbursed on presentation of a medical certificate. The activity will then be refunded or postponed to a later day.
By registering, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and accept our general terms and conditions of sale.
Reimbursement
For all half-day, full-day and course activities booked :
> Before D-48h: No deductions
> D-48h: 50% of the total amount due
> D-24h: 100% of the total amount due
Any service interrupted or not used due to an insufficient physical and/or technical level will not be reimbursed.
If the student is unable to attend the activity at the scheduled time or date, for whatever reason, no claim will be accepted. However, we will be able to provide you with a proof of payment on presentation of a medical certificate.
No reimbursement if the activity is stopped for reasons beyond our control (physical, psychological, bad weather, security measures, etc.).
The professionals reserve the right to modify any programme, with or without prior notice, depending on weather or safety conditions, without any participant being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever.
